Available now as an add-on to MUNIS Release 7.4, clicking the Online Shopping link will launch the eSchoolMall Web Catalog Portal.
With no additional login, MUNIS users have secure access to hosted vendor catalogs and Dynamic Link™ Punch-out catalogs, showing their organization’s products and pricing. After shopping in the eSchoolMall Web Catalog Portal, the user submits their shopping cart, which populates the MUNIS Requisition. The Requisition then completes as normal in the MUNIS Finance System.
eSchoolMall has developed two additional integrations between easyPurchase™, eSchoolMall’s complete web purchasing solution, and the MUNIS Finance System. Each provides a flexible interface for encumbrance accounting to meet individual customer needs.
