Responsibilities/Experience

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who has previous experience in software level I support. The candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills. The individual will be directly responsible for answering, logging and effectively closing support calls. This candidate should also have experience using Microsoft Office tools and be familiar with basic relational database concepts. Demonstrated support experience in a software environment is required as well as a strong work ethic, professional phone demeanor, and an extremely positive attitude. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
