Responsibilities/Experience

We are in search of talented, passionate individuals to implement our software solutions directly with our clients. This individual will be responsible for the entire implementation process which includes initial scoping, project team organization, data initialization, training and change management. The incumbent will need to understand the varying degrees of comfort their audience has relative to technology, and then deliver the appropriate training to ensure complete understanding and use of our solutions.

Most client installs require onsite visits for a successful implementation. We have found that certain activities can be achieved using conference calls and web training tools. Expect customer travel to equal 50% of your time.

Skills/Experience Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Technology, or Supply Chain Management
• Three to Five years experience in software implementation.
• Experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply-Chain Management applications or functionality strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of Internet browser functions as well as MS software applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Highly developed presentation skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid Project Management skills and good listening skills.
• Must enjoy assisting people discover the power of technology and the Internet
